The last morning in Nebraska, Boone pulled one out of the hat and shot this dandy 5×4 with the extra “can opener” at the base! The shot looked perfect but the buck gave the boys a long afternoon of searching. When everyone was ready to give it up, Boone took one last hail mary and […]
Steve and Chris Auch, passed on some good bucks in Nebraska hoping for one of these giants that Prairie King Ranch has running around it’s beautiful creek bottoms. Muzzleloader season is coming soon???!!!!
Although we had a week of warm temps in Nebraska, the next to last afternoon still had bucks up and chasing does right in the middle of the afternoon. Chris managed to draw on this 6×6 while he was on his hind legs, face in a cedar tree limb over a scrape! Better to be lucky […]
We’re headed out to N.E. Nebraska this afternoon to see if we can arrow a few nice whitetail bucks during the pre-rut. Looks like the weather might be a bit on the warm side but we are keeping our fingers crossed that a few of the larger dudes will be out sniffin’!!! We’ll keep you […]
Eric and guide Allen with Eric’s cow Elk from yesterday. Nick has had several encounters ( and a few shots ) at nice archery season bulls over the last two days. Hopefully he’ll connect today or tomorrow before he heads back to Florida. Gordon, one of our new outfitters in Oregon, has got some great […]

Nick is probably busting at the seams to get back to Oregon in a couple of weeks. A sample trail cam picture from Gordon, our Oregon outfitter. I’d take this one Nick!!!
Tim from Florence Montana with his opening day , archery “Speed Goat“. Being the calm and collective guy that he is, he made smooth 68-yard shot with his new PSE bow. Nice shot!!
Got into one of the elk wallows last night and built a blind about 30 yds away hopefully, on the prevailing downwind side! Sat up a game cam. Saw a few good rubs too. It’s supposed to be hot this week so maybe we’ll get some good pics. Wallow had some good tracks around it.
